Our sessions cater to everyone—from beginners who want to explore the basics to seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their practice in a breathtaking outdoor setting. The instructors guide you through each pose with a focus on alignment, breathwork, and relaxation, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience for all participants.

What to bring and what to expect

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you may need for comfort, such as a towel or block. Classes are held on the grassy shores of Sunny Lake, offering plenty of space and stunning views. Dress comfortably in layers to adjust to the morning chill or warm afternoon sun, and be ready to leave feeling refreshed, centered, and connected.

Schedule and booking

Yoga by the Lake classes are available throughout the week, with early morning and sunset sessions designed to make the most of the lake’s tranquil atmosphere. Pre-registration is recommended, as class sizes are limited to maintain a peaceful environment.
